Abrahart / University of Bristol court rulingIn February 2024 the high court in Bristol declined the UoB’s appeal against the ruling that they broke the Equality Act in the case of Natasha Abrahart. They were found and held guilty to contributing towards her death in 2018. This was a huge moment for our campaign and for the Abrahart family, even if the judge refused to rule on the issue of Duty of Care as well.
